Ingredients:

  • Chicken (boneless ad skinless)- 1 lb.
  • Ranch seasoning- 1 tablespoon.
  • Canola Oil-  2 teaspoons.
  • Bacon (center cut)- 5 slices.
  • Ranch dressing (yogurt-based)- ¾ cup.
  • Wonton wrappers- 24.
  • Cheddar (shredded sharp)- 4 oz.

How To Prepare?

  1. Start your recipes by preheating your microwave to 375. Then take the cupcake’s tin (maker)  and spray some oil in to add moisture. Make sure the cupcake or muffin maker should be a set of 12.
  2.  Then take a ziplock bag and put some ranch seasoning and chicken breast in it, and mix them well by locking the bag. Do shake the bag until you see ranch seasoning being coated on the chicken breast.
  3. Take a medium-sized skillet and put some canola oil in it. Turn the flame to medium heat and put the chicken pieces in the skillet once perfectly heated. Stir the chicken pieces till the oil perfectly cook the chicken pieces.
  4. Cook the slices for 6-8 minutes by arranging them in a straight line and single-placed. Take out the chicken pieces and cut them into small pieces by using a chopping board. Take a big mixing bowl and put bacon (chopped), small chicken pieces, and ranch dressing in it and mix them well till finely combined.
  5. Get back to your muffin or cupcake tin and put a wonton wrapper inside at the bottom of each holder. Now place the chicken mixture evenly on the wonton wrappers and make sure you use only half of the mix.
  6. Put some cheddar on the top of each tin and then put another wrapper on top of the shredded cheddar. Repeat the layering thing with a wonton wrapper until your chicken mixture is finished.
  7. Bake it for 17-20 minutes till you find that golden brown color on your wonton wrapper and all the ingredients are perfectly heated. Enjoy your dish after cooling it for 3-4 minutes.

How To Prepare?

  1. Take a skillet and place chicken breasts in the skillet. Cover the skillet with a cold water tap. Turn the heat to medium flame till a simmer comes up. After the first simmer, turn the flame to low heat and cook the chicken until the pink color is completely gone.
  2. The cooking process for chicken would take between 7 to 12 minutes. After that, take out the chicken and cut it into small pieces (cubes) once it cools down.
  3. Start preheating your oven to 350. Take a muffin tin (Set of 12) and coat it with some cooking spray. Make the wonton wrappers of octagonal shape by cutting the corner of each wrapper. Place the wrapper in the muffin tin by pressing it gently.
  4. Bake the wrappers in the open till they get a golden brown color. The wrappers will take 10-15 minutes to get that crisp and golden brown color. Now let the wrappers cool for a few minutes.
  5. Take a bowl and add tahini, soy sauce (tamari sauce), maple syrup, and mayonnaise, and whisk all the ingredients together till you get that smooth texture. Stir the same in the chicken, then cool it for 40 to 60 minutes in the refrigerator.
