  • Two tablespoons Non-Dairy Milk;
  • Two tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup;
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract;
  • 35 g fine Oat Flour;
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon;
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • A pinch of salt.

The first step is to mix all the dry ingredients, except for salt, in a mug thoroughly. Then, add milk, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to it. Do make sure that you see no lumps in the mixture.

Then, put the mug into the microwave and heat it until the mixture rises, which will take approximately 50 to 60 seconds, depending on the microwave. Let it rest for about a minute.
