  1. Stand properly and grab your waist with both hands. Make sure you grab your waist in that condition where your thumbs wrap around your back.
  2. Keep the thumbs in place and apply a circular motion with firm pressure for 5 seconds.
  3. Repeat this process thrice.

  1. Use the same circular motion and apply firm pressure and hold for 5 seconds.
  2. Release and repeat the process two times.

1.CV6 Pressure Point- This acupressure point is known as CV6. It is located two fingers down from the belly button. This pressure point is known as the sea of energy.

This point is mostly used to treat lower backaches. Massaging this point gives relief from lower back pain and strengthens the muscle between the waist and hip.

2.B48 Acupressure Point- This point is known as bladder vitals. This point is located right in the middle of the gluteal muscle of the buttocks. This is located on both the side. B48 acupressure points help one to get relief from hip pain and back pain.

3.GB30 Acupressure Point- GB30 is also known as jumping round point. The GB30 is located in between the sacrum and the trochanter. GB30 is also two in number on both sides.

4.GV4 Acupressure Point- GV4 is known as the life gate point. This pressure point is helpful in lumbar back pain. This point is also used to treat knee problems. This point is located in the waistline.

5.B60 Acupressure point- B60 is also known as Bladder 60. this point helps in reducing stiffness and lower back pain. Pregnant women should avoid this as it induces labor. This point is a great help in dizziness, neck pain, and headache. The B60 is located in the space between the outer ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. The location is known as Kunlun mountain.

6.GB21 Acupressure Point- GB21 is known as Jian Jing. This point provides relief in This point is used to reduce stiffness, neck pain, upper back pain, and headaches. This point lies at the top of the shoulder and a distance of two fingers from the neck. Pregnant women should avoid this as it can induce labor.

3. Wall Sits- Wall sits help in giving some relief from back pain. Do this and take some break from sitting on the couch or lying on the bed.
