  1. I have heard about this cravings but it should be taken on minimal amount. My mom was very slim before she gave birth to me but once she got pregnant she started consuming this things which made her fat even after giving birth to me. Even after 22 years she couldn’t go back to her pre pregnant days. So if you want to maintain your figure don’t surrender to your cravings.
